A binding contract is formed only when a written agreement is signed by both you and Off Grid Systems, or when we confirm your order in writing. That agreement - together with any accompanying specification, payment schedule, and warranty terms - sets out the full scope of work and takes precedence over any general statements on this website.
Payment terms, including any deposits, milestone payments, and final balances, are set out in your individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may result in suspension of work or delivery until the outstanding amount is settled.
We will use reasonable efforts to complete installation and delivery within the timeframes agreed with you. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including supplier lead times, weather, site conditions, and permit approvals. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the installation site and any information we reasonably require.
Our systems and workmanship are covered by the warranties described in your individual agreement and by any manufacturer warranties applicable to the equipment supplied. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, neglect, accident, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, images, system designs, and layout - is owned by or licensed to Off Grid Systems and is protected by intellectual property laws.
